Church of the Resurrection's ShareChurch Ministry

A longtime Overland Park, Kansas, resident, Scott Sjoberg co-owns Bee Organized Enterprises, which provides a host of services designed to reduce clutter and increase a sense of in-home harmony and productivity. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Scott Sjoberg maintains an active presence in the Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, which serves people throughout the Kansas City community and beyond.

ShareChurch, a foundational ministry of the church, engages with church leaders in inspiring them to greater acts of faith that engage with community members and help them attain their full potential. With a focus on renewing the United Methodist Church, the initiative reaches out to clergy as well as church staff and volunteers who are committed to making a difference. The partnership model at the core of this initiative involves churches across the country and has its roots in the “circuit rider system” that helped grow Methodism at its outset.

Leadership training events to be broadcast live at Leawood in the upcoming year include The Global Leadership Summit 2018, which will take place in Willow Springs, Missouri. Other anticipated events include the three-day Leadership Institute, held annually in late September.
